We manufacture precision stainless steel pipe burners for gas stoves, heaters, and industrial combustion systems. With 30 years of experience in metal stamping and rolling, our factory produces high-quality burner components designed for stable and efficient gas flow.
This stainless steel pipe burner ensures uniform flame distribution and reliable performance under high-temperature conditions. It operates at temperatures up to 550°C, with strong resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Every unit is fully inspected before packing to ensure consistent quality.

We use aluminized steel (aluminum-coated steel) for improved heat resistance and durability. Wall thickness ranges from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm.
Each stainless steel pipe burner is manufactured with pipe diameters from φ10 mm to φ30 mm. Length can be customized according to customer requirements.
Production processes include rolling, punching, and welding to ensure precise hole positioning for even combustion. Our engineering team provides full design support for different burner applications.

Our production capacity ranges from 50,000 to 100,000 pieces per month. Small orders starting from 500 pieces are supported.
Payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% balance after sample approval. All stainless steel pipe burners come with a 6 to 12 month warranty.
