This makes it very popular in construction, machinery, and warehousing. Our product uses Q235 or Q345 steel. It is formed in one pass through our precision cold roll forming process. The cross-section dimensions are accurate and the length is custom cut. Compared to traditional hot-rolled channel steel, cold-formed product has more uniform wall thickness, lighter weight, and better surface quality for the same section height. It also has lower production costs for large volumes, making it an ideal choice for large-scale engineering purchases. With nearly 30 years of experience, we conduct strict dimensional and appearance inspections on every batch of product.

For engineers who need to buy large quantities of channel steel, fast delivery and consistent quality of Roll Formed Channel are very important. Our monthly production capacity is 50,000 to 100,000 pieces. This allows us to respond quickly to large project orders. The section height of our Roll Formed Channel ranges from 25mm to 300mm. The thickness is adjustable from 1.5mm to 8.0mm. This gives you flexible size combinations. Surface treatment offers four options: plain, galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, and powder coated. This meets corrosion protection requirements for different environments. Standard export packaging uses strapping or pallets to prevent deformation during long sea voyages. We provide a 6-12 month product warranty on our Roll Formed Channel.
