Aluminized Steel Tube Burner is the core finished product in our gas burner parts line. This burner is made of aluminized steel plate. It is formed into a tubular structure through precision rolling and welding. Combustion holes are evenly distributed on the tube wall according to the design. Gas exits through these holes and forms a stable flame on the tube surface. The aluminum-silicon alloy coating on the aluminized steel forms a dense aluminum oxide protective film at high temperatures. This provides excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. The maximum service temperature is 800°C. With nearly 30 years of experience, we master the complete process of rolling, welding, and precision hole punching for aluminized steel. Every product undergoes strict dimensional inspection and air flow testing. This ensures even combustion hole distribution and consistent gas flow.
