The Working Principle of High-Complexity, Precision Cold-Formed Profiles

Cold Bending: Performed at ambient temperature (without heating), this process utilizes hydraulic or mechanical systems to drive rollers, dies, or rolls, applying bending forces to structural profiles (such as I-beams, C-channels, tubing, etc.). This induces controlled plastic deformation without compromising the material's internal structure.

Springback Control: Materials exhibit a tendency for elastic springback after bending. High-precision cold bending equipment compensates for this effect-employing techniques such as pre-stretching, post-stretching, or reverse loading-to ensure the final shape precisely meets design specifications.

Multi-Point Contact Continuous Bending: This method employs multiple active and passive rollers working in tandem to progressively bend the profile as it advances, thereby achieving continuous, uniform curvature or variable-section forming.

CNC Positioning and Feedback Control: Utilizing digital encoders, hydraulic servo systems, or microcomputer controls, the system precisely regulates roller displacement, applied pressure, and profile feed rate, enabling the entire forming process to be completed automatically in a single pass.
