Pre-Operation Inspection
Clean the work surface, guide rails, rollers, and transmission components; remove any oil stains, metal chips, or debris to prevent scratching the profiles or compromising bending precision. Inspect the lubrication system to ensure adequate lubricant levels and the absence of leaks, thereby guaranteeing that all moving parts are sufficiently lubricated. Verify that power cords, plugs, and safety guards are intact, and eliminate any potential electrical or mechanical safety hazards.
Surface Protection
Avoid scratching the surface with sharp objects to prevent damage to the passivation film. When cleaning, use a neutral detergent and a soft cloth; strictly avoid using abrasive tools such as steel wool.
Environmental Control
Store in a dry, well-ventilated environment with a recommended humidity level of ≤65%, and avoid exposure to corrosive gases. In outdoor or high-humidity environments, regularly inspect the surface for rust spots or dirt, and clean them promptly.
Anti-Deformation Measures
Long profiles should be supported horizontally to prevent bending or twisting caused by overhang. Avoid subjecting the material to heavy pressure or impact, particularly in the case of thin-walled or irregularly shaped profiles.
